Let me introduce myself. I’m Mansur E. Villanueva — commonly known as Enrique — a trained actor, martial artist, and stunt performer based in Chicago, IL.

Born and raised in New York City, I learned early on that self-reliance and resilience are key to making it in this city. I had to grow up fast, and that mindset still drives me today.

When you work with me, know this: I do whatever it takes to fit the part and never shy away from any opportunity.

Since a very young age, I’ve been practicing skills that I still train today — from skateboarding to martial arts. I’m also a Licensed Barber, a profession that’s taught how to connect with people from all walks of life. More importantly, language is a core part of my identity. I speak several languages and consider each one a souvenir from my travels around the world. I sign in multiple languages as well: American Sign Language, Mexican Sign Language, and a bit of Arabic Sign Language.

I’m deeply involved in the deaf community and always working to expand how I communicate and connect with the world.

As for my roots? My mother is Cameroonian, and my father is Guatemalan-American — and I bring the richness of that heritage into everything I do.

I train relentlessly to translate all these skills into my performances— whether it’s a dramatic confrontation or a tightly choreographed fight scene.
